Can't get a recorded DVD to play on my DVD player for my
TV. Is there a certain setting to save the captured video
on? If so, what is it?

Movie maker cannot make dvd's what did you use to make it and what settings
did you use? There is no magical formula, with make of disc/quality of
dye/+- disc/speed burnt/bitrate used/programme used/player to be played in
all making a difference at times.
For more consistent results use high quality discs, the rytek go4 dye is
very good. Do not use a bitrate for audio and video combined exceeding
8000kb. Check what type of discs your player is supposed to play on
www.dvdrhelp.com
