movie maker

I have created a movie on my movie maker program. The duration time for each
picture is set too slow. I am trying to change it to make it faster but it
doesn't respond. Can you help me to fix this... I've tried so many times
and don't know what else to do.

The duration must be set before the
pictures are added to the timeline.
You'll have to change them one at
a time or restart the project after
having set the new duration.

Change one at a time by moving
you pointer on the image until you
see the double red arrow...then
drag to the duration you require...
you'll see a tooltip that shows the
duration changing.

If you use PhotoStory 3 for your
project...there's a free download
for it that allows a global change
of the duration.
