Movie Maker won't run

Hi there,
I can't get Movie Maker running, but error msg appears saying the
program was blocked by group policies... what is it??
I never set group policies cause I don't even know how to manage/access
them!
Some help, please??

Are you running Windows XP?

If this is a recent issue it may be worth a try to
do a System Restore to a time before it began.
