Do you mean Tools "menu" ? How do you mean it has disappeared ? Did you
reinstall Windows recently ? It might have degraded your Movie Maker version
to 1.0
Tools menu is available in version 2.0 and 2.1. To get the latest version
install XP Service Pack 2.
