Movie maker import files

Hello,
My movie maker SP2, used to work well, but must be I did installed
sommething or else. When trying to import video file, it shopws error message
(uspecified), just after my few attempts to fix it , irt got even worse, now
it switces off everytime when i'm ttrying to import video or even audio.
how can I properly uninstall sp2?

Please help, I'm missing loads of fun.

Try starting MM and going to Tools/Options/Compatibility , unchecking all
filters and click OK. Now try importing to see if it works. If so the problem
was one (or more) of the filters. You can add the filters back one at a time
until you find all the guilty ones and leave them unchecked....
