MOVIE MAKER BLOCKS IMPORT

i HAVE A VIDEO CLIP WHICH PLAYS PERFECTLY
ON MOST PLAYERS,ALTHOUGH IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO TAKE STILLS.

Movie maker will not allow 'import' because it says
'imort not allowed because clip is not 'INDEXED'.

Help,is there any solution

if it's a WMV file, see my Import Source Files > Video > WMV page.... the
section about indexing
