movie maker 2

I'm unable to save movies in movie maker. I checked in my system 32 to find
what version of qasf.dll I have. The version I have is 6.51.900,dated
4/15/03.

I reinstalled MM2 several times but I.m still unable to save any movies. I
believe that the qasf,dll I should have is version 9. Can anyone tell me
how to get this latest version I am running XP Pro. I also reinstalled
Windows XP without no change in version. Thank you Ed.
