Movie frames to JPG

I inported an AVI video and want to capture some frames as JPG stills. How do I do this?
 
Hi there,

To the right of and just below the preview window you will see two small Icons.
Pressing the one with a camera on it will save a still of the scene dispalyed
in the preview window...if memory serves its best to do this while previewing
the image from the collectionrather than the time line...If I'm wrong then its
the other way around
