move user profile off C: to another partition

Need to move user profiles off c:

Documents and setting folder taking up majority of space on partition--any
help would be greatly appreciated!

Log on as another user.
Move the the user's profile to your desired location.
Update the profile path in:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsnT\Currentversion\ProfileList\[s-...]\Profile
ImagePath

Note that a normal copy and paste operation in Windows Explorer will not
carry NTFS permissions along with it, I believe. So, be sure that
permissions still allow the user to access his profile.
