Move outlook contacts list from desktop to laptop

I have the 200 version of Office Professional. I just bought a laptop and
want to move my e-mail contacts list to the new laptop, rather than having to
retype all this information. Some of the contacts are grouped in folders,
others are single listings.

I've been trying with copying, import/export etc., for hours. Thanks for
the help.

What's that?
Most people simply copy and reuse their PST files.
