Move Outlook 2007 to a new computer

I copy the Outlook.pst file from old computer to the new computer. All
emails have been restored but all emails accounts disappeared. Can someone
advise how to retore all email accounts.

They don't. That's why it's best to create a new Outlook profile and
re-enter your account information when you install a new version. The
various "easy transfer" wizards do not work with Outlook 2007.
