When I select multiple files or folders in Windows
Explorer and try to move them only the first folder/file
moves. How can I get it to move all the folders/files at
once?

You can click the first item then hold down the Shift
key and click the last item and that will highlight all
the items. Now you can "drag and drop" or "copy and
Paste" them. Another selective way is to hold down the
Ctrl key and click one item at a time and once you have
all the ones you want highlighted rightclick any one of
them and drag and drop or copy and paste them to wherever
you want.

I do that, but only the first file moves or opens. The
rest of them do not. Any idea how to fix that?
