Move mailbox over 384k satellite link

Hi

Has anyone experience moving mailboxes over a satelite link that connects
the exchange org. Need to do this for 95 users about 800MB mailbox store....?
Any experience out there with this type of setup....? Is Exmerge an
option....? Please note this will involve exchange 5.5 -> exchange servers
2003 SP1, intersite mailbox move.
