moving mailbox to public folder

I am attempting to move a mailbox to a public folder. The problem
occurs when I try to move the subfolders of the mailbox. I have tried
exporting the whole mailbox to a pst file and importing it into the
public folder but for some reason when I check "include subfolders" it
only grabs 2 subfolders when there are about 30. I am using Outlook
2003 connecting to an exchange 5.5 server. What could I be doing
wrong?

Nevermind, I think it was a permissions issue and that it took a
little longer to propogate those permissions. It seems to be working
now.
