move email flag column in Outlook 2003

Hello,

I would like to know how to move the flag column to the left hand side in
Outlook 2003. Other columns seem to move but not the flag column.

Thank you.
 
Unfortunately the flag column has been locked in that position on the right
side and cannot be moved.
