Move flags to right column

Seems to me in Outlook 2000 the follow up flags were in a right hand column.
In 2003 they are in left. I can move any column to any position except these
flags. I want them in a right side column, at least for me, the most natural
place to look for items I need to fllow up on. How do I do it?

There are 2 different flag columns available in Outlook 2003. The classic
one which was available for previous versions and the new Quick Flag column.
The Quick Flag column is on the right and cannot be moved (but can be
removed). The classic flag column can be placed anywhere you like.
