Mouting Mac Drives on Windows XP sans Samba

vikascoder

I want to mount a Mac OS X Panther drive on Windows. Is it possible to
do this without using the default SMB protocol by which Windows
connects to Mac Drives? I can do it by mapping the Mac share but dont
want to do it via SMB. Is there any way?
If its not possible on Windows XP, is it possible on Windows 2000
server?

Thanks in Advance.

Mac OS X is based on a Linux style system. I believe that ONLY SMB protocol
could be used (just like other Linux OSes).

No it's not. It's running on freeBSD, a completely different animal than
GNU/Linux.
