How to read/open files in Windows XP from a Mac OS drive

I'm on a Windows XP machine. I've attaced a Mac OS drive via a SATA
enclosure and USB 2.0 interface. How can I access files on the Mac OS drive?
 
The date and time was Tuesday, January 06, 2009 5:31:01 PM, and on a
