mouse4 bind

I have a IntelliMouse Optical is there anyway I can bind
my mouse4 to F9. I would prefer ot do this with out the
drivers but if need be i will.
 
You must have the drivers for it. Its the only way to
configure the buttons, that is the extra buttons not
counting left, right & middle. Those last three can be
configured in controlpanel.
