Hi guys,

I have 3 mice.

Logitech ps/2 port mouse...................works only vertically
Logitech USB cordless mouse............absolutely dead
HID-compliant mouse.........................working properly(USB)

Anybody knows why?

All three devices are working properly (from "mouse properties" box)
The first mouse can be hooked up to the computer through a USB port by an adaptor and still acts the same

Thank you,

Sam

1. Clean the ball and rollers on the ps/2 mouse.
2. Replace the batteries and then push the reset button on the bottom of the
cordless mouse. Be sure the receiver is plugged in properly.
