Hey

Anyone heard of a problem where when a user uses the scroll button to scroll
down the Word 2003 document, when scrolling back up, it appears to take a
paragraph of text with it? It's like the paragraph is copied everywhere ...
sounds like a refresh thing but checked mouse settings etc. The document I
was viewing was a longish doc of 92 pages ... any advise / suggestions
welcomed.

That sort of thing usually turns out to be a misconfigured or inadequate
video driver.

As a troubleshooting step, try going to Control Panel > Display > Settings >
Advanced > Troubleshoot and moving the hardware acceleration slider toward
the left by a notch or two. If that solves the problem, see whether the
video card manufacturer has an update available for download.
