Mouse wheel

I had a computer windows 2000 which I set the wheel on the mouse if clicked
to act as I had typed "enter" on the keyboard. I have now upgraded computer
and os to xp but I can no longer set the wheel on the mouse to act as the
mouse I had on my old computer. Is there any way in xp to get a mouse wheel
click to act the same as an "enter" key stroke?

You may have been using an enhanced version of the mouse drivers. Both
Microsoft and Logitech mice have enhanced drivers that will allow you to do
this:

Microsoft: Intellipoint 5.2

Logitech: MouseWare 9.79.xxx
