does anybody know how to do a elastic mouse trail to use
on my computer
 
Don't know what you mean (elastic?) but mouse trails are set at Start - Control Panel - Mouse - Pointer Options

Cursor trails can be set (with my Logitech mouse, anyway) at control
panel \ mouse \ motion tab.
