Open up Windows Explorer... in the menu, click "Tools",
then "Folder Options". At the bottom of the window that
opens up, you'll see a frame that says "Click Items as
Follows", change the radio button from "Single Click"
to "Double click". You might also want to change to
Windows Classic folders.
