mouse scroll

Hi, I know it's very basic but I can't find where to
adjust my mouse scroll speed?

When opening mouse properties, I don't have
any "wheel/scroll" tab


It's an IBM with three butons.

Any idea?

I have a separate mouse icon in the control panel.
I have another icon which is printer and fax.

In the mouse set-up I have no tab for the wheel?
