Mouse Scroll

I have a form and everytime I use the mouse scroll it goes
to the next record. I don't want to go to the next
record. I just want the mouse scroll to go up and down
the page. I know there is an event for Mouse Scroll in
the Event under properties, but I'm not where to start.

Maybe my keyboard is too old. The Scroll lock isn't
stopping the mouse. I'll try it on a different computer
