Mouse scroll flipping through records

I edited an Access Database originally made using the 2003 version using
Access 2007.

When using it with 2007, using the scroll wheel on the mouse when one is the
form just scrolls the page up & down. However, one of ours users is on Access
2003, and scrolls using the wheel on her mouse, it will flip through the
saved records in the database, in essence going from one record to another.

How do I prevent this from happening on her version? I have checked the
Event properties for the form but it seems to be fine. Help!

Hi Franklin,

This behaviour is by design in Access 2003. To work around it, you can use
Stephen Lebans' excellent (free) utility found here:

I tried using the utility and followed the instructions for it to the
letter, but it doesnt seem to resolve the problem. Do you know of any other
solutions? Thanks!

That solution works 100% of the time. Did you copy over the modMouseHook
standard code module from the sample MDB to your won MDB?
