Mouse Properties and Web Display on Desktop

How do I change the double-click speed of my mouse using
Windows XP and also, how do I display web content on my
desktop?

Someone help?
 
For the mouse, go to Control Panel, Mouse.

For web desktop items, right click the Desktop, select Properties,
Customize, Web tab.
