Mouse Pointer Problems

When I go to change the mouse pointers I get a lot of error messages. The
first one I get reads: C:\WINDOWS\Cursors\3dgarro.cur file, which contains
the 'Normal Select' cursor, is either missing or corrupt. After I click OK
to that one I get about 10 more of the same types of messages. I have tried
to reinstall the Accessories and that was no help, anyone have any way to get
all of the cursors back?
