Mouse freezing up.

The past few days, my mouse freezes for about 5 seconds
and then I can continue with what ever I'm doing. Has
anyone come across this problem, or know of the bug or
maybe update download that might be causing this
problem?? Thanks for your replies.

What kind of mouse is it? how is it connected (USB
Parallel)? Try unplugging it with the PC shut off and
plugging it back in. Try another mouse if you have one.
