Mouse disappears (only at the right side of the screen)

Hi,

On my laptop (XP pro, SP1), the mouse movements are constained, as they
should, by the limits of the screen, except for the right vertical
border where it disappears if the mouse is moved too far. Bringing back
the cursor on the screen by moving the mouse to the left is then
inconvenient since I do not know exactly where to look for it.

I have tried all the settings I am aware of in Control Panel, Mouse and
am at a loss. Cannot remember if this behavior appeared after a specific
change. Any ideas?

Regards

It sounds to me that the pc is configure for multiple monitors. Check you
display properities in control panel.

Sounds to me like you put your finger on it right away! I have disabled
the secondary display and now the mouse still disappears but no longer
goes south (east I should say!) of the border ... Thanks.
