When viewing something in motion, the picture freezes and
the cursor remains in hourglass status. I need to
control/alt/delete to unload the program. Never used to
do this and the only new programs I have added have to do
with eliminating ad's and popups. These programs are
Spysubtract and AD subtract. Any help out there? I have
a DELL 4550 series, pentium 4 processor with 256 RAM.

Try turning those two programs off and see if that fixes it.
