For a few minutes during Microsoft Corp. CEO Steve Ballmer's appearance at
the Gartner Inc. Symposium ITxpo conference here, emotionless
management-speak gave way to a mother's frustration with the Vista operating
system.

"I'm one of those early adopters of Vista," said Yvonne Genovese, an analyst
who was interviewing Ballmer along with fellow analyst David Smith on stage
at a conference forum. "My daughter comes in one day and says, 'Hey Mom, my
friend has Vista, and it has these neat little things called gadgets -- I
need those.'"

Said Ballmer: "I love your daughter."

"You're not going to like her mom in about two minutes," said Genovese,
while the crowd laughed. She went on to explain that she installed Vista for
her daughter -- and two days later went right back to using the XP operating
system. "It's safe, it works, all the hardware is fine, and everything is
great," she said of XP.

We read it already you stupid as*hole. Ballmer conducted himself quite
well. Seems the mom did an upgrade without upgrading the hardware. Dumb
move.
And stop posting articles...post only the URL dipsh*t.

the mom has no tech expertise to really make balmer sweat...

I could give him a list of 100 questions that he could never reply to on
air...

this is simple.. and I am astonished that you cannot understand such
elementary concepts...

I have explained them to you through this newsgroup.. but I believe you
don't read anything..

no see no hear but you talk a lot, mostly profanity and monkey cries...

I dont know if its true. but If you are indeed an old man I would expect
some wisdom from you... not this..

Why don't you call Ballmer and offer to be his assistant? You can sit
on his lap, he'll be the puppet master and pull your strings.

I bet you look something like this:

Or why don't you ask Ballmer to help you fix your one little screwed up
install of Vista business instead of whining in this ng like a little
lost baby.
