More than 3 email aliases per contact Outlook 2002

P

Phil Roberts

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2002 (OfficeXP) from
Office 2000, and don't see a way to have more than 3
email aliases listed for a given contact. Outlook 2002
had two different contact forms to enter info, and one of
them allowed as many email addresses as I ever needed per
contact (most I had was 12 for one). After entering an
address in the To: field, Outlook would find my contact
and underline in red, I would right click on the contact
and get a drop down list of all available emails to
choose from.

Is there a way to do this in Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2003?

Thank You, Phil.

Do you mean Outlook or Outlook Express allowed more than 3? Contacts never
supported more than 3, but Outlook2000 in IMO mode used the WAB for display.

You'll need to make more contacts or use the 3 most used ones in the fields
and put the others in the notes field. (Recommended)

You can try the steps here, http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/oeshare.htm,
and always send mail from the WAB, however it may cause problems (I know it
will keep OL running hidden if OE is open).
