Hello there,

Please slow down on the emails!!!!! The site is being re-configured. Nearly
all functions are now back on-line, those that are not are only trivial
stuff. Certain users are still blocked of course. there are now several
levels of "block" this means that those who have tried to push the
bandwidth allocation over the top will no longer be able to do so, yes we
have had certain very petty individuals having a go again.....they never
reached the bandwidth per month (in fact not even close) but, if I had
allowed them to proceed they would have eventually done it I am sure.
