Monitor doesnt power up

:cry: Recently got a dell monitor but there is no high voltage. Any
suggestions
 
Send it back for warranty service. It is very possible that something in the
main power supply, or the scan amplifiers, or the high voltage area has
failed. These types of failures are common with CRT monitors, but normally
after a number of years of operation.
