Monitor Brightness

It should be on the front of ur monitor thats where it
normally is. Its not a thing you do on windows u have to
change something on the monitor.

Your instruction manual would tell you how to manipulate the controls to
accomplish this.

Your video card may be able to do this, if so it would be in the Advanced
area of Settings of the Desktop Properties. (Right-click on the desktop,
choose properties, then choose the Settings tab, and look for an Advanced
button.)

Not too mention monitors either have a little dial that does this, or
menus that accomplish it.
