Monitor adjustment

My niece has an old Sony 100es monitor. Her screen size needs to be
larger. Her buttons have an up, down, left, and right. The right
button doesn't work. Can I make an adjustment in Windows that will
allow me to stretch the screen?

not natively in win, but the vid.driver/display may have some options -
depends on vid.driver
Unless you simply mean screen resolution
