MOH.exe can't load (Modem on Hold)

I've installed, uninstalled, rebooted, in just about every permutation you
can think of and I still can't get the "NetWaiting" (MOH.exe) program to
start. I've installed it off 2 different cd's (from two v92 modems that I
have) and none of them work. Am I going to have to reinstall xp again? I
just did it for the second time a month ago.

I get the MOH icon in the notification but how do I configure it to work?
When I´m on-line and others call, sahouldn´t I get a msg from MOH to accept
the call?
