Modifications to the PhotoGallery

Hi All,
Just a quick question that might save me some time. I have a photogallery that I have set up for my webpage of all my current and prior staff. I can set it up without a problem, but I want to know if there is an easy way to update it. I have new staff that start all the time and I want to be able to have them picked up for the photo gallery, but not have to delete the photogallery and reset it each time. I discover if I just add the new names, the photogallery will just come up the new pictures or if I readd all the photos, it will create duplicates of everyone in the photogallery folder (ie there will be rcohen.jpg and rcohen1.jpg). Is there an easy solution? Or do I need to delete the photogallery and recreate it each time?

Your last sentence is probably closest to what you will have to do.... Photogalleries are not very flexible. We'll have to see what they've done with them in FP 2003.
Or find a different better photogallery program.

yeah I will have to read up on FP 2003. I get wiery on a major change from a 2002 and 2003 version (seems like a way to just get more money and not much else), but maybe that is something they have worked on. I always get excited with new versions of software and say, "oh I can do this and oh I can do that.". I become a child in a candy store. I guess I can vbs some of the redo of the photogallery to make the process less combersome.

I think you will find the new Behaviors feature in FP2003 more powerful than the gallery

PS
If you have BETA 2 CD's you should update to BETA 2 TR
The BETA2 Technical Refresh information for MS Office 2003 is at

The MSO B2TR contains all the common shared components required by FP (and the other products) - see above for details

The other BETA 2 TR are at

My FP 2003 beta just arrived today. Photogalleries will be the first thing I look at.
(I admit to using Dreamweaver MX for most of my web sites now.... I read that FP 2003 is trying to catch up with DW v.4, not
MX......hmmmm)
