Create Photogallery - help!!

I am using Frontpage 2003 and connecting directly to a webserver via
extensions.

I have a couple of .htm pages that I've created that only display a
photogallery. The main index page (shtml) utilizes an "include"
statement.

The existing photogallery pages work fine. When I go to create a new
web page with a photogallery, the new page creates a "webbot" that
points to a temporary internet folder on my local computer, rather than
creating the photogallery components in the "photogallery" folder on
the webserver.

Is there a setting in Frontpage to force this action to happen? Or am I
misunderstanding what is going on here.
Thanks.

Further clarification of the problem.

Correctly inserted photogallery:
<!--webbot bot="PhotoAlbum"
U-Include="photogallery/photo00018996/real.htm" clientside TAG="BODY"
--><p align="center">&nbsp;</p>

Apparently incorrectly inserted photogallery (this was done by allowing
frontpage to create a new photogallery/album...the above was done in
the same way):
<!--webbot bot="PhotoAlbum" U-Include="file:///F:/Documents and
Settings/User/Local Settings/Temporary Internet
Files/FrontPageTempDir/wpki92v8.htm" clientside TAG="BODY" -->
