I do not know what does this mean slcpappl. One the top
of the box with blue stripe it said slcpappl inside the
box with white backgound said modem not installed
properly. you should unintall the modem drivers(using
Control panel>Add/Remove programs), restart and install
it again. whoever this is the only problem with icon for
modem setting and V.92 features setting. The other icon
for phone and medem options is working. I do not
understand why the other is try me to reinstall modem?

What does this mean: "One the top of the box with blue stripe it said
slcpappl"? What box? Are you getting an error message that your modem
isn't working? Did the modem ever work? Please post back with a better
description of the problem and your computer, including the make/model
of the modem and whether or not you are able to dial into your ISP to
get to the Internet.
