Modem Registry value

Hi everybody,
is there any registry value can I use it to prevent a windows xp user to install or use the modem in his own machine.

Hi.

As far as I know there is no registry key that can help you but you should
be able to setup in group policies that the user cant install hardware on
his PC or you could setup in the user profiles that they cant install
hardware
