modem problem

When I run modem helper it shows me a Result Code:68 Dun
Session Detected. What is that and how do I get rid of
it? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using a network system? DUN Session = Dial Up

Network. If not, uninstall/delete your modem and
reinstall it as a single user dialup. Unless you are
hooked up to a server.
