You lucky bastard, I can't even get the MOH.exe program to run. It keeps
giving me errors. Look at the settings for the modem on hold program. There
should be a settings for it to start when windows starts, uncheck it. If
that doesn't help, try looking at Start-Program-Startup and see if its in
there. If not, try your registry (be careful though), most program that
start on windows startup are at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/run
