Modem driver "Not Sticking"

I installed a new modem.

Everything is fine till a day or 2 later, and then device manager
shows the modem
with that "yellow symbol" showing that it isn't working.

Any way to fix it permanently?

Is this the same computer as in your many other recent threads in this
newsgroup?

Good point.

Or possibly use System Restore back to when you're sure it was still
working, assuming this is a software issue.
