yes i had to reinstall my win xp and it did not load the
drivers for my modem i tryed to install it myself but it
says modem not working can someone help me and email me
what to do thank paul

You'll need to let us know the make and model of your modem.

You'll need to let us know the make and model of your modem.

After you get that, you **could** go to the manufacturer's website,
download new drivers for XP (if they exist), and often download
instructions on how to physically install the device and it's
associated drivers.
