Modem Bandwidth

Does anyone know how I can restrict the bandwidth my
daughter uses on our broadband connection? We are using a
home network Windows XP nd she's hogging all the
bandwidth, is there a way, easily, to allocate how much
she can use?
Broadband was good till she started hogging now my
connection is no faster than a 56k modem!!
 
even with a fast connection you should still have ample speed. check her
computer for virus's and worms first. if none found you can restric her user
account on what programs she can and cannot use.
 
You are the parent - right - use your parental authority to control it.
