Hi Tom , Thanks for replying to my post.
I'm still waiting to hear from Mobi support. But I did try to download
an older version of Mobi. Got the download installed OK ,but can't get
any books into it. Besides it is an older version ,and it is not up to date ,
and looks awful.

This one:

http://www.mobipocket.com/en/DownloadSoft/DownloadReaderDesktop.asp

from the r-h side of

http://www.mobipocket.com/en/DownloadSoft/ProductDetailsReader.asp

has an msi extension and should be what you need.

Hi Joe , And thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately the links that you provided produce the same result that I was
getting before. I get an error message saying that weblab has encountered an
error and needs to close. As far as I know I don't have weblab viewer pro on
my computer and never have had. I do have the lite version ,but that is all.
It seems as if my computer is reading the download as something other than
what it should be. And this I can't install.
I am still waiting to hear from mobi support.

Regards , John.

When I right-click the .msi, the default action is to install. If
Weblab Viewer has taken over that extension, try the MSI File
Association Fix listed here:
