MM2, Audi but no video when playback

I used to create 768 kbps video clips and email to
grandma. She could playback with WMP audio and video.
Since I upgraded to Windows MM2, she can not see the video
clips that I email her. There is audio and no video.
What's new in Windows MM2 that does not work with her
version of the WMP. Thanks.

This sounds like it's probably because for MovieMaker 2 we use the latest
Windows Media v9 codecs so she needs to have those installed. If she plays
the video files when she is connected to the Internet the Windows Media
Player will normally auto-download the codec. If she's having problems she
can always download and install them manually from the following link.
